Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Accurate One Construction, we are committed to delivering high-quality service and a professional experience. Because our projects are customized and scheduled in advance, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to protect both our customers and our team.

1. Custom Construction & Service Projects

All services provided are custom and labor based. Once work begins or materials are ordered, refunds are not available. All refund considerations must follow the terms outlined in your signed service agreement.

2. Deposits & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule work and secure materials.
Cancellations made after a deposit is paid will be subject to:

  • Credit card processing fees, which are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any costs already incurred, including materials, planning, and labor.

3. Technician Dispatch Policy

If a technician is dispatched to your home or job site, no refund will be issued for that service visit, regardless of whether the work is completed. This covers the cost of time, travel, and availability.

4. Material Returns

In rare cases, unused and unopened materials may be eligible for return based on the supplier’s policy. If a return is approved, any refund issued will:

  • Exclude any restocking or shipping fees

  • Be processed only after supplier confirmation

5. Satisfaction & Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us directly. We’re committed to resolving any issues in good faith and within the guidelines of your written agreement.
